The front has a rectangular green celluloid pin-on button, printed "N.A.P.R./ Sept. 27, 28, 29, 1938/ 6th Annual Convention, St. Louis, Mo.", with window to write an individual's name or title rank. The card is printed in blue "Preserve This Sample/ Eastern Sales Office/ 265 West 14th Street/ (corner Eighth Ave.)/ New York, N.Y./ CHelsea 2-7330". And on the reverse "St. Louis Button Co./ St. Louis, MO., U.S.A.", with the stock number of this sample and a list of prices based on the quantity ordered.
