Lithographed cardboard, paper, and cloth peep-show or "perspective" with slip-case showing the Crystal Palace Exhibition; slip-case has printed and colored label with inscription "LANE'S TELESCOPIC VIEW OF THE INTERIOR OF THE GREAT INDUSTRIAL EXHIBITION" with a view of the Crystal Palace; peep-show has printed color cover with a circular window with a man in royal garb on the left holding aside a red drape with four men and women on right peering in; interior with accordion folds decorated with lithographed scenes of showing perspective view of the interior of the Crystal Palace with crowds of people.

Cardboard and paper peep-show or "perspective" showing Constantinople; orange cardboard box with a quatrefoil center window flanked by two small circular windows surrounded by a printed scene of Constantinople from the banks of the Bosphorus with numerous figures in Turkish dress; interior with accordion folds decorated with hand-colored printed views of buildings and figures in Turkish dress leading to a view of the Hagia Sophia.
