Embossed on the front with a horseshoe around a scene of a horse with a jug on its back standing by a stableman and the words "She Was Bred In Old Kentucky". The embossed image on this tag distinctly resembles the images on Green River Whiskey tokens 2002.1.1972, 1973, 1974.
