Description:
This tiny bottle shaped clear glass ampule has a white paper label that reads "1 cc No. 88/ Adrenalin Chloride/ (undiluted) 1x1000/ Parke, Davis & Co.". It was probably part of an emergency anaphylatic care kit for people who have severe allergic reactions; adrenalin slows or stops anaphlytic shock.

This tiny white box is shaped and opens like a book. The front cover is brown and the sides finely striped to represent pages. The cover reads "American Edition/ Franklin/ Life Sketches/ Andrew J. Hope/ New York/ 1896". Inside once held a tablet of chocolate and still holds a folded paper insert, attached to the side, that has a brief biography and anecdotes about the famous American on the cover. The reverse reads "Hope Fine Chocolates/ Fifty Cents a Pound/ delivered free in U.S./ only store/ 41 Nassau St./ New York City". One of a set of six- 2002.1.2409 through 2002.1.2414

This cardboard box has a print of a woman wearing an exotic headdress on the lid surrounded by the words "Adams'/ Chewing Gum / Tutti Frutti/ 150 Pieces", with tiny games in two corners that teach the midwestern card game "Euchre". The side reads "Adams' Assorted Tutti Frutti Chewing Gum/ Wrapped in Tin Foil." The bottom label offers a "Handsome Picture Card " included in the box and a premium, announces a collectible coupon that can be redeemed for gifts, and explains the effects of the chewing gum: "It is unequaled for cure of a cold..., an excellent expectorant. As an aid to digestion and a relief to dyspepsia..."

A large black oval tin that probably held candles with a lid with a handpainted floral and geometric border in gold with white highlights that opens on a hinge. One side is painted in gold with an oval frame around a anchor, the reverse is painted with an oval frame around the words "Sold By/ Champlin & Smith/ Ship Chandlers/ New York." with a bottom gold leafy border.

Description:
A tin shaped and printed like a three story brick building covered completely with scenes of life in the building, trade signs, advertising posters and people looking out of windows. The building decorations are based on real vintage photographs of Rose and Duane Streets circa 1890 and Lower Hudson Street circa 1865 respectively. Reproductions of the photographs are included inside the tin which reads, in part "7 Signs/ Kay Smith/ Illustrator". The bottom reads "The Ian Logan Americana Collection/ 1989/ England".
