This cylindrical pale green glass bottle has a sheared hand finished cork lip and is embossed on the front with an outline of a leaf around the words "Omega Oil/ It's Green" above a paper label reading "For External Use Only". The manufacturer is embossed on the front "The Omega Chemical Co./ New York". On the reverse, a complete paper label printed in green provides a description of the product, its effectiveness and instruction for use.

This cylindrical pale aqua glass bottle has a hand finished cork top and is embossed around the bottle "Mrs. Winslow's/ Soothing Syrup/ The Anglo- American Drug Co./ Successors To/ Curtis and Perkins/ Proprietors". This patent teething medicine contained opiates, laudanum or morphine, which was notable for poisoning and addicting infants before the Pure Food and Drug Act of 1906.
