First medallion is an image of four red, white and blue American flags behind two military men with two portraits of the Saratoga monument and the Grant cottage between them. Below are three scrolls embossed with "SARATOGA MONUMENT," "GRANT COTTAGE" and "'76 - REPRESENTATIVE - '61".
