Description:
Metal pin-back bar embossed with the word "SOUVENIR" attached to a piece of red, white and blue-striped ribbon with a military-style medallion at the bottom. Medallion shaped as a circle with four square pieces around it that read "AUG. 31/1914/SEP. 5/MICH." Center of medallion contains a five-pointed star with "G A R" around it, and "48TH NATIONAL ENCAMPMENT/DETROIT" embossed on the outer edge.
