Bronze medal suspended from bar with pin back; circular medal for Spanish War Veterans 1898-1902, depicting an armed soldier; reverse bar inscribed "DIEGES&CLUST/2244" round medal inscribed "AWARDED BY THE STATE OF NEW YORK/TO ONE WHO/SERVED THE NATION/WITH HONOR/1898-1899-1900" a sword is depicted down the center; striped purple, red and yellow silk ribbon connects bar and medal.
