Leather, wood, tin, and iron cartridge box; rectangular black leather box with one horizontal and two vertical loops sewn and riveted on back, two iron buckles at bottom of box, implement pocket on front, and flap with strap that fastens to brass stud at bottom of box; box contains wooden insert with twenty bored cartridge holes; shoulder strap lined with green wool felt at bottom, and embroidered with worsted wool in green, yellow, and orange berlinwork on top.
