Stitched black leather belt divided into three sections that are attached to two brass buckles in center; fastened to right end is rectangular, curved brass plate with stamped eagle in center, eagle has shield on breast, three arrows in one talon, branch in other talon, and is flanked by white metal wreath at bottom, with rayed background, thirteen stars, and inscription inside scroll at top of plate.
