Description:
Silver spring lorgnon (short-handled lorgnette) with engraved handle and loop; when button on handle is pressed, lorgnon releases spectacles with circular lenses connected by "C" bridge. When closed, lenses rest on top of one another and can be used as a magnifier.

Marquetry album with wooden covers with wood and shell inlay and cardboard and paper interior; front cover (a) with shield at center surmounted by a knight's shoulder armor and helmet and surrounded by a floral wreath (the shield bears a leafless tree sprouting from the back of a fish); white banner below shield with "MORIENDUM" in black letters; back cover (b) with ornate fleur de lis with pendant scrolls in a circular frame at center; inside of each cover faced with printed paper with gold and white pattern on blue ground; separate blank book (c) with pink pages and covers made of same printed paper is sandwiched between the covers of wood.

Rectangular wooden box with flat, hinged lid with decoration consisting of carved edge, inlaid brass geometric pattern at middle of lid, centered around brass plaque, narrow inlaid border, and square escutcheon (missing); inside, three colorless glass perfume bottles and stoppers blown in a mold and cut, with gilding along shoulders and stopper, fitted into compartments covered in wine-colored velvet; inside of lid padded and covered with faded red or orange satin.
