This bag houses a miniature (INV.8808) of a bronze tablet erected on December 15, 1910, in the Empire Room of the Masonic Temple in New York City, to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Independent Royal Arch Lodge No. 2 established in December, 1760. The bronze was made by Gorham Manufacturing of Providence, Rhode Island, which opened its Fifth Avenue showroom in 1905.
