Leather chest pouch with an arched top oriented to the shoulder, which extends straight outward on the right side to conform to the arm, having 13 individual compartments with polished red leather flaps with blue and white glass button closures, with two original cotton fabric tape straps on the right side and three possibly unoriginal strap remnants on the left side, a metal strap buckle at the top, with cotton fabric tape edging all around.
