This souvenir milk can was acquired by Mrs. Joseph Buckman (Corinne Barbour, 1860-1936) at the 50th performance of the play, "The Dairy Farm." It played at the Fourteenth Street Theatre, a venue for many popular dramas from the 1880s until its closing in 1938. Mrs. Buckman and her husband ran a large dairy farm in the Catskills.
