How do you curate an exhibition about the history of magic? Learn from the British Library curators who helped put everything together! Explore how Harry Potter’s Hogwarts curriculum was translated into the galleries of the exhibition, and dig into the images, texts, and artifacts that tell this history.

Online: Click on the orange “Reserve Tickets” button at the top of this page.
In person: Advance tickets may be purchased on site at New-York Historical’s Admissions desk during museum hours.
Students must present ID at the time of event.

MEMBER INSTRUCTIONS
- In order to receive your Member Discount you need a Member Login.
- If you have your Member Login, click the Sign In button in the top right corner of the next page to guarantee your membership discount.
- If a membership or visitor services associate has not yet created your Member Login,
please contact the Call Center at (212) 485-9268 or call.center@nyhistory.org for further assistance.
NON-MEMBER INSTRUCTIONS
- On the next page, type in the number of tickets you would like for the program you selected. Click the “Add to cart button” to proceed to your Shopping Cart page.
- On the Shopping Cart page, complete the Personal Information section and Registration Information.
- Make sure you check the “Register for site” button to create your password.
