Celebrated historians give an in-depth look at the leadership of American presidents during the height of the Vietnam War Era. In conjunction with The Vietnam War exhibition, join us for a discussion on how presidents John F. Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson, and Richard Nixon responded to the turmoil of international conflict and the upheaval of protest movements at home.
William E. Leuchtenburg is the author of The American President: From Teddy Roosevelt to Bill Clinton. Douglas Brinkley (moderator) is a bestselling author and Presidential Historian for CNN.
