Join us via Zoom every Tuesday and Friday for story time and crafts! Each class includes a special Little New-Yorkers hello song, silly dances and songs, a story book reading, and a craft to do at home. This week, celebrate Black History Month! Read Mae Among the Stars—written by Roda Ahmen and illustrated by Stasia Burrington—and learn about Mae Jemison, the first Black woman to travel into space. Find out how her dream of becoming an astronaut came true. After reading, create your own astronaut helmet!
