Join us in honoring the anniversary of the 13th amendment to the U.S. Constitution! We’re celebrating the legislation’s abolition of slavery in January 1865 all weekend with Living Historians portraying historic people from the American Civil War era.

On Sunday, meet Harriet Tubman and listen to tales about how she personally led enslaved individuals to freedom. Take a close look at her 19th-century clothing and equipment that specially equipped her for travel to and from the South.
