Join us in honoring the anniversary of the 13th amendment to the U.S. Constitution! We’re celebrating the legislation’s abolition of slavery in January 1865 all weekend with Living Historians portraying historic people from the American Civil War era.

On Saturday only, meet Harriet Tubman and Abraham Lincoln! Listen to Tubman’s tales about how she personally led enslaved individuals to freedom, and hear Lincoln’s stories from the Civil War-era White House. And don’t miss your chance to look inside Honest Abe’s top hat or try to tell time on his special pocket watch!
