In honor of our exhibition American Visionary: John F. Kennedy’s Life and Times we’re bringing early presidential history to life all weekend!

On Sunday, September 10, meet our first commander-in-chief ever! Portrayed by Living Historian Michael Grillo, George Washington will tell you all about his accomplishments in the Revolutionary War and the founding of our nation.

Discover Washington’s military sword and field desk, examine maps of New York in the 18th century, and take a close look at his special uniform!
