Every weekend through January 8, meet fascinating living historians and reenactors who bring the American Revolution to life inside the Museum, presented in conjunction with our groundbreaking exhibition, The Battle of Brooklyn.

On Saturday, November 5, learn how Revolutionary New-Yorkers cooked! Lavada Nahon, a culinary historian of the mid-Atlantic from the 17th to 19th centuries, will show visitors some of the contents of a Revolutionary-era kitchen. Take a close look at her 18th-century outfit and try out some of her early cooking utensils!
