Anna Danziger Halperin is Andrew W. Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow in Women’s History and Public History at the New-York Historical Society’s Center for Women’s History. Laura Mogulescu is curator of women’s history collections at the New-York Historical Society’s Center for Women’s History.
