Celebrate Native American Heritage Month and join us via Zoom to discuss In the Footsteps of Crazy Horse. In Joseph M. Marshall III’s powerful story, we follow Jimmy McClean, a Lakota boy who embarks on a road trip with his grandfather that follows in the  footsteps of Crazy Horse. Join Jimmy in his quest to learn more about Lakota tradition, history, and his own personal heritage. Dive deeper through observation and discussion of relevant primary sources from the New-York Historical collection.
