Because of the projected heat this weekend, the outdoor courtyard will be closed, and all Revolutionary Summer programming will take place inside the Museum on the ground floor.

Join the 3rd New Jersey Regiment to experience how soldiers and their family spent time in camp when they weren’t marching to war. Meet the women who helped prepare for military campaigns; play with period toys and games that children in camp might have enjoyed; and see how soldiers passed the time repairing clothing and equipment, cleaning arms, or drilling for the next engagement.
Check out Revolutionary Summer for a full roster of related programs for all ages

Living History programming takes place in the courtyard, weather permitting.
In case of severe weather, it might be relocated to Smith Gallery.
Lead support for Revolutionary Summer provided by The Achelis and Bodman Foundation. Additional support provided by Richard Brown and Mary Jo Otsea.
