With the Women’s Marches of January 2017 and 2018, widespread and ongoing harassment allegations in Hollywood and Washington D.C., and access to contraception and abortion dominating headlines and shaping national conversations, legal experts discuss gender discrimination, sexual harassment, abortion law, and women’s rights in American law and society.
Amy Adler is Emily Kempin Professor of Law at NYU School of Law. Akhil Reed Amar (moderator) is Sterling Professor of Law and Political Science at Yale University.
