Probably held pen nibs.

Description:
A very bright orange liquor advertising sign molded and printed in the shape of a pointy nosed animal in a suit leaning on a large champagne glass while drinking from another. The tail of the animal has a real strip of mink fur applied to the tail and the sign reads in black "De Kuyper/ Mink Fink". On the reverse, the recipe for making a cocktail called "Mink Fink", with De Kuyper Koffee Mint Liqueur.
