On the reverse is an eagle on top of an ink bottle flanked by an oil lamp marked "A Solution of Carbon" and a lion marked "Quick and Sure To Catch", all above the words "Fiftieth Anniversary/ 1880-1930". Encircling the images on the back "Higgins Ink and Adhesives/ Chas. M. Higgins & Co., Inc."

When opened this card produces a paper cut-out diorama scene of the Mad Hatter's Tea Party from Lewis Carroll's "Alices Adventures In Wonderland" or "Through The Looking Glass", including the characters Alice, the Queen, the Doormouse, the Mad Hatter, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, and the Cheshire Cat.

Washington, Homeland, Guilford, Roland Park, Tuscany-Canterbury, Oakenshawe and Charles Village.
