A paper packet containg a sample of cocoa. The packet is shaped and printed to resemble a canister with a red seal on the top and in red on the front a drawing of a smiling chef in a circle labeled "It's Dutch". The front reads "Sample of/ Bensdorp/ Royal Dutch/ Cocoa./ Amsterdam Holland/ Try This Cocoa For Cooking/ In Place Of Cake Chocolate". The reverse has directions for use. This small rectangular tin has a white paper label with a central print in red of a Native-American passing a steaming cup to a girl in Victorian dress. This side reads in read and brown "Hooton's Cocoa/ Hooton Chocolate and Cocoa Co./ Newark, N.J./ U.S.A./ Free Sample." The reverse reads "Hooton's Amazon Breakfast Cocoa/ Pure and Nourishing".
