Description:
This woman's hand fan is made of paper and has a wood handle. One side has a print of a little girl in a fancy blue dress lighting a chafing dish with two kittens in it. On the reverse it reads, in part "Rothenberg & Co./ West 14th St./ The Best Store For The Vast Majority.../ New York's Fastest Growing Store" with description of the store's policies and mechandise.
