Description: 
Leather child's dance clogs with wooden soles; the toes are narrow and square, the leather is painted gold, with stripes of red around the edges which are tacked to the soles, the tongues are covered with two flaps which lace closed with rows of five eyelets.

Gallery Label: 
These shoes were made by the donor's grandfather. A note found with them says that they are the last pair of dancing clogs William Roberts made, and he intended them as a keepsake.
