Description: 
This box is covered in printed paper with black trim on the edges. The paper has a print of children dressed in adult clothing and military uniforms aboard a ship with the sailor boys asking the formally dressed girls to dance. The lid has a similar vignette with the little boy captain addressing a number of little girls in women's dresses. The two short sides read "Pinfore".

This box has white textured paper on the sides with green borders and a gold, blue and white deeply embossed paper label on the lid, which opens on a hinge. In the center of the top label is a portrait of a woman in in a blue, off-the- shoulder dress surrounded by white and gold embossed designs, cherubs and flowers and reads in blue "Gentlemen's/ Pure Linen Cambric Hkfs/ Ready For Use". The inside has two compartments and closes with an attached elastic band.
