Description:
Brown leather purse (pocketbook) with flap closure having a wrap-around strap closure which slides into two horizontal slits in in the center of the flap, the leather is tooled at the slits in a floral design, and on the reverse side with two hunting dogs and a border of floral and geometric design, when opened, there is an inscription inside the strap, both sides have a single compartment.

Brown leather card case lined with red leather, with metal frame and clasp closure at the top; when opened one side has a vertically oriented leather pouch across the bottom half; opposite side also has two red leather compartments, one with a flap closure; notepad located in center section, which is lined with coral moiré and has a loop along the side of one of the notepad covers in which to hold a writing implement; opposite notepad cover is inscription.

Description:
Rectangular red leather purse (pocketbook) with a strap that goes around both sides and slides into a securing loop, the inside has two compartments with accordioned sides, with paper genre scene engravings applied on the outer surface of each, the top scene depicts a woman in a fichu and dormeuse standing at a Dutch door looking at an embracing couple, the lower scene depicts cobbler at work outside and a woman with a water pitcher, both scenes are surrounded with rinceau design and a birds at the bottom corners.
