Description:
Green silk brocade envelope style sewing case lined with silk, without closing device; the body is supported with cardboard business cards sewn into the lining, and when opened, there are two compartments with accordioned sides, and along the spine section there is a pin cushion with a floral design; the front compartment has a sewing book; the rear compartment contains (b) mechanical pencil, two scraps of silk and a sample of lace, and a verse cut out from a newspaper.

Sterling silver needle cleaner, two sides with filigree, round finials on both ends; one end pulls out of the case and has a row of 11 small holes which reveal cotton stuffing, the open end opposite the finial is open.
