Group of seven lacemaking bobbins, East Midlands style: (.1) one is turned ivory; the other six are turned wooden bobbins; all are spangled with a loop of glass handmade beads at the top; (.3-.5) three have wire wrapped around shaft in stripes as decoration.

Circular handmade pincushion with two different types of calico on each side and a cloth covered button at the center, buttonhole stitch trims the seam around the outer edge; the pincushion is suspended from a handwoven wool tab sewn to be back, with a vertical opening at the top like a button hole, in front of the tab is a stuffed cloth partridge.

Circular wooden sewing implement with a cover upon a circular pedestal base; inside, there are four metal prongs each set in a holes of differeing sizes cut through the back of the tool. The base to the prongs appearto be sharp and divide the holes into three, four, five and six parts respectively.

Rectangular ivory needle case hinged along one side, with a metal clasp fastener at the center of the front, the bottom of the inside is lined with white velvet; the case contains a metal bodkin with a circular opening at the top, a vertical opening beneath that, and circle and floral decorations on both sides, the point is dull and rounded.
