Description: 
Cast and seamed Sheffield plate collapsible ear trumpet in four sections; four narrow conical sections, smallest bent at a right angle at the end to insert into the ear; the other sections are progressively larger and have reeded bands applied around their small ends; interior of the small ends threaded to attach all the pieces when extended; largest piece has an applied conical opening or mouth at a right angle with cast, gadrooned bands around the joint and rim; engraved at the mouth, "Daniel Janse Van Antwerp." in script; no maker's marks.

Description: 
Wrought silver wine funnel with strainer; deep, lobed, pear-shaped body flared to an applied, molded rim; narrow, cone-shaped tube seamed onto the base of the cup, tube curves to a notched spout at the bottom; circular strainer with stepped and tapered sides from the flared, applied molded rim to an applied, flat, pierced bottom in a flower design; cast, applied shell motif below the rim, to hang the strainer into and over the sides of the funnel; makers' marks stamped on the sides of the funnel and strainer.

Description: 
Seamed silver whistle and bells; rectangular whistle with rounded sides, tapering from the base to the rounded mouth; both sides engraved with a floral motif at the bottom; two ovals applied around the center of the body, one larger than the other with applied scalloped sides and engraving on the tops; bells hung from metal loops strung through the scalloped sides, four on the smaller, six on the larger; loop applied above the smaller oval; semi circular opening cut above the small oval on the opposite side; engraved on one side above the base, "M B D to J M H" in script; control marks stamped under the large oval.

One of a pair of cast and seamed Sheffield plate candlesticks and bobeches; rectangular shafts supporting cast, applied gadrooned sockets with a plain lips; rectangular bobeches with gadrooned rims of different sizes; shafts applied to rectangular, molded feet with gadrooned bands midway; feet raised to gadrooned domes in the centers with baluster knop applied above each dome and flaring to square, gadrooned pedestals with raised concave shoulders; bases filled with plaster; no maker's marks.

Pierced, cast and wrought Sheffield plate mustard pot (missing liner); cylindrical pierced body with two bands of pierced ovoids with flowers in the center and bright-cut floral garlands divided by three thin bands of geometric pierced work; applied, molded bands around the base and the rim; hinged, circular, low domed cover with an indentation for the stem of a mustard spoon on the left side; Livingston family crest engraved on the center of the dome, a ship of three sails on fess below the motto, "SPERO MELIORA." in roman letters; trefoil thumbpiece applied to a molded hinge-plate; cast, reeded s-scroll handle with a cinquefoil upper joint and foliate lower joint; no maker's marks.

Wrought silver George III mustard pot; oval, boat shaped body with a concave shoulder and an applied, gadrooned rim; seated on four hollow cast ball feet; hinged, ovoid stepped and domed lid with an indentation for the stem of a mustard spoon at the front center; applied, cast urn finial in the center of the dome; molded hinge-plate attached to a squared loop handle which tapers to the base; engraved on the front center with a demi-lion rampant on fess over the initials, "S W F" in script; maker's marks stamped on the base.
