In November we are exploring life in New York City.

Join us this week to read about Cassie Louise Lightfoot flying over New York City. One night Cassie leaves the tar beach on her rooftop and flies away. She pretends everything she can see is hers. She imagines the way life could be if her daddy had steady work and her family ate ice cream for dessert every night.
